Email Signature Generator

Note: Gmail and most webmail clients play the GIF. Outlook desktop (Windows) renders email with Word's engine and will only show the GIF's first frame — this is a known client limitation, not a bug in the generated HTML.

Swaps the logo, badge, and icon images to their animated pop-in versions, which all hold together for the first 3 seconds then drift independently after that so the motion reads as natural instead of everything blinking in lockstep. This only swaps URLs that are still pointing at this project's bundled assets; any custom image URLs you've pasted in above are left alone. This is independent of the Photo Effect picker below — the photo animates (or not) on its own.
